LCAU's Initial Technical Consultation for Architectural Projects is a 1-hour online consultation designed to offer professional guidance, clarify doubts, and correctly direct the client through the next stages of an architectural project. Important: 🔒 This session does not include the creation of a project, technical drawings, floor plans, 3D renderings, reports, surveys, or any formal technical deliverables. The development of the Architectural Project is contracted and budgeted separately. What you receive when scheduling this consultation In this session, you will have access to: 📐 Initial analysis of the property, land, or presented need 🧭 Technical guidance on the best architectural or renovation solutions 🏗️ Preliminary feasibility assessment (functional, legal, regulatory, spatial, and financial) 🌿 Recommendations on principles of comfort, sustainability, and quality of life 💡 Clear indication of the best path: Initial studies Complete project Renovation | Interiors | Decoration Regularization | As-Built Feasibility for Property Purchase 🔗 Provision of customized materials and references when necessary (links, inspirations, guides, regulations) Why is this consultation essential? Because it provides you with technical security, avoids costly errors, and puts the project on the right track from the start. 🔒 What is NOT included in this consultation To avoid confusion and ensure total transparency: ❌ Architectural design preparation ❌ Sketches, plans, drawings, or preliminary studies ❌ 3D modeling / perspectives ❌ Technical reports, ART/RRT, budgets, or technical documents ❌ External technical visits (contracted separately) These services are part of the complete Architectural Project, contracted later.
